CLASSES

Classes to help you get motivated.

Check out our timetable.  We run classes Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoon.

All classes can be modified to your own fitness level so pick a class, come in and give it a try.  All of our instructors have many years of experience.

Bookings are essential as there is a limit of 20 participants per class, this is COVID-19 government restriction.
